In case of dissatisfaction, clients have the liberty to cancel their order, return the product (if shipped) and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellations will only be accepted within 5 hours of placement of order. We cannot cancel orders who are already shipped.
Return Policy
Products explicitly identified as returnable can only be returned subject to the condition that it was physically damaged, had missing parts or accessories, or was defective. Please view the product detail page carefully before making the purchase. Non-returnable products are clearly marked as “Non-returnable”. A return request can be initiated within the return window of 1 day from the date of delivery.
If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 1 day from the delivery of the product. Further, for issues related to manufacturing defect after using the product, kindly approach us within 7 days from the receipt of delivery.
A product can be returned only when it is ascertained after a thorough investigation that:
1. the product was not damaged by you while it was in your possession.
2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you
Further, a return will be accepted only if the product is received in its original condition with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, price tag intact, including all accessories, as well as the warranty card, wherever applicable.

Refund Policy
In genuine cases where we do cancel the order or receive the returned product, a refund will be initiated and transferred within 15 business days from the day of order cancellation (in case of canceled order) or the day we receive the returned product.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Further, if you transferred the amount through direct bank transfer, kindly contact us with your bank details – name, bank name, bank IFSC, branch, etc.
